Jason joined EZ Financing 2017

Jason responsibilities include the gathering of client information, analysing & interpreting client documents, conducting policy research and scenarios, completing servicing calculators, ordering valuations, assisting Thuy in compliance preparation & loan submission and managing post submission & post-settlement inquiries Also following up with the bank daily. 

He takes great pride to make certain that your loan application is presented to the lender in the best possible light so that you can be confident in reaching the much anticipated formal loan approval.

Phoebe look after post loan submission to ready to book for settlement, she following up with the banks to get update daily and provides information on Mortgage Protection Insurance for borrowers’ peace of mind.

Eliza joined EZ Financing Jan  2021

Eliza is there for you throughout the settlement process and beyond. She is responsible for organising of loan documents and corresponding with solicitors and lenders to ensure your settlement is booked in the appropriate time frame & successful so you can rest easy.

Eliza also supporting existing clients with renegotiating rates with their existing lender, to ensure that the lending is competitive for the longer term. 

Eliza will help you with any queries about the loan settlement pre and post-settlement.

As building can be a stressful few months, Eliza is there to look after the progress payments for construction to ensure your build is as smooth & stress-free as possible so you can enjoy your new home once complete
